Claus Meyer is a culinary entrepreneur, chef, author and television host. Perhaps best known as the founding father of the New Nordic Cuisine philosophy, Claus has built a culinary empire under the brand of Meyers, which today employs over 800 people and consists of bakeries, delis, cookbooks, catering, cooking schools and much more. He is also the founder of Copenhagen-based restaurant Noma, which currently boasts three Michelin stars and was recently named the World’s Best Restaurant for a fifth time.
